The Graves family, which has been trying to develop land it owns along the Okatie River in greater Bluffton for years, is still negotiating with the county on an agreement. For now, it appears the family is willing to sell 18 acres and set aside 10 additional acres along the river from development in exchange for a zoning change that allows for extensive commercial development, including "big box" type stores.
