A new online tool to help students with homework is being offered at Beaufort County libraries.
Brainfuse, a suite of online academic services, can be accessed by anyone with a county library card.
The service has a variety of tools for students and adults, according to a news release, including one-on-one homework help, practice tests for the SAT, ACT and GED, and a writing lab that gives detailed analysis of papers within 24 hours.
To help students study for tests, Brainfuse can create online flash cards. It can also create an online classroom so students can discuss tests or other assignments with classmates.
Adults can receive live resume and cover-letter assistance, tips for Microsoft Word and Excel, and take practice tests, such as the U.S. citizenship exam.
To use Brainfuse, go to beaufortcountylibrary.org. To create an account, users will need their library card number.
Details: Call 843-255-6430 or stop by a reference or children's desk at a library branch.
