Learn about insects and other Lowcountry creatures that bite and sting during "Fangs and Stangs" at 3 p.m. Oct. 25 at the Coastal Discovery Museum on Hilton Head Island.

Marvin Bouknight, staff naturalist at Oldfield Club, will explain which species to avoid and which are harmless.
