The Hilton Head Island library is hosting an "Ethics in Journalism" panel discussion at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 13, part of the "One County Reads One Country" series this fall.
Jabari Moketsi, editor of the Gullah Sentinel; Tom Barton, editorial page editor of The Savannah Morning News; and Jeff Kidd, editor of The Island Packet and The Beaufort Gazette, will discuss ethical issues facing newspapers. Dennis Adams, retired Beaufort County library information services coordinator, will moderate the forum.
The event is free and open to teens and adults. Registration is not required.
