Gloria Green Keenan of Bluffton announces the engagement of her daughter, Katie Keenan of Bluffton, to Newton Hazelbaker of Bluffton, the son of Linda Bashaw of St. Louis, Mo., and Tim Hazelbaker of Salt Lake City. The bride is also a daughter of the late Patrick David Keenan III of Hilton Head Island. The wedding is planned for the fall of 2013.
