In our capitalistic system, it is the obligation of the CEO to maximize the profits and minimize the losses of the corporation.

The stockholders and partners are the beneficiaries. The CEO benefits depending on the terms of his or her contract.

Several years ago, it was discovered that outsourcing reduced labor costs. It also increased unemployment of American workers. It was the decision of management, not the action of government, that contributed to the unemployent mess. Mitt Romney, not the current administration, contributed to our state of affairs.

If the shoe fits, Gov. Romney, wear it.
