Two agents join Keller Williams

Keller Williams has added two new agents.

Originally from Connecticut, Ric Blaine graduated from Duke University. He is working in a real estate team with his wife, Marianne.

He worked in nuclear engineering in several states, including at the Savannah River Site, before starting his real estate career.

Mehdi Varedi also has joined Keller Williams Realty. Varedi is a 23-year resident of the Hilton Head/Bluffton area who also is a restaurateur. He has owned Cattails Restaurant in Moss Creek Village, No Frills Bar and Grill, Juniper Cafe and Uptown Grill in Beaufort.

Gillespie added at Alliance Realty

Liz Gillespie has joined The Alliance Group Realty located in the Fresh Market Shoppes on Hilton Head Island.

Gillespie has eight years of local real estate experience and has earned a professional designation for handling short sales and foreclosures. She is involved with the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors as co-chair of the community service committee and also serves on its legislative committee.
