1-3 p.m. Free Blessing of the Fleet and Parade of Boats: noon-2 p.m., Beaufort River. Free. Boats must register to be eligible for prizes. Applications due by noon July 21 at judges' stand. $100 prizes for best decorated commercial boat, best decorated personal watercraft and judges' award. Festival ends at 3 p.m.
