Senior portraits are scheduled for 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday. Portraits are taken in the wrestling room by appointment only. There is a sitting fee of $30 due at that time. Details: Mrs. Grooms, 843-322-5580. Cheerleaders will have a car wash from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Walgreens in Beaufort. Spirit nights are from 5 to 8 p.m. at Arby's on the following days: Friday to benefit the PTSO, July 25 to benefit the SADD Club and Aug. 9 for the BCHS cheerleaders.
HELPING HANDS The SADD Club is collecting boxes of tissues for classrooms. Donations can be dropped off in the front office Monday through Thursday. PTSO and SIC nomination forms are available in the front office or on the BCHS website. The deadline to submit applications is Aug. 31.BEAUFORT ACADEMY

ACHIEVEMENTS
All of Jasper County schools recently received a Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports awards. Hardeeville Elementary School received the PBIS Banner Award, while the other schools received the PBIS Ribbon Award.
