Kristen Sutton of Hilton Head Island was named to the dean's list at Georgia Southern University for the 2011-12 spring semester. To be eligible for the dean's list, a student must have at least a 3.50 grade point average and carry a minimum of 12 hours for the semester. Robert Scarminach of Hilton Head Island graduated from Boston College with a bachelor of arts degree from the University's College of Arts & Sciences on May 21.
