I haven't been blessed with children. However, if my son was serving his country protecting the U.S.-Mexico border and was murdered with weapons supplied to the Mexican cartel by the U.S. government as Brian Terry was, I would have been devastated.
I watched Sean Hannity's interview of Terry's parents and I was never so upset as tears rolled down my face when I put myself in their position.
It's outrageous it has been more than 18 months since his murder and our government has not answered questions regarding who authorized the "Fast and Furious" program or given any pertinent details regarding it.
The Democrats, led by U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, refuse to answer or provide documents detailing who was involved and who authorized the program, etc. The Republicans are holding hearings and are looking for answers while the Democrats are calling the hearings a political partisan tool and witch hunt.
To make matters worse, President Barack Obama has protected documents from review by executive order. Consequently, Terry's parents may never get answers on their son's murder.
You would have assumed that since Obama is a father of two, he would want these documents reviewed -- unless he and Holder were somehow involved. If it were your son, wouldn't you want answers to questions about his murder?
I want you all to act like parents of Brian Terry despite your party affiliation and call on Obama to release these documents.
