Jermain E. "Kojak" Heyward, 37, of Ridgeland and son of Diane and the late George Heyward, died Friday, June 15, 2012, in Ridgeland. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m., and a wake service from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Allen Funeral Home in Coosawhatchie. Funeral services will be at noon Saturday at Mount Carmel Baptist Center in Ridgeland, with burial in Mitchell Cemetery in Point South.
