Mr. and Mrs. James Hilman Wedgeworth announce the engagement of their daughter, Brandi Jane, of New York City, New York to Jason Ayer Graham, also of New York City, New York.

The groom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Randall and Susie Graham of St. Louis, Mo.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Hilton Head Christian Academy. She attended Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, where she earned a BS in Accounting and Business Management and a BA in Spanish. She also played on the nationally ranked tennis team while at W&L. She is the CFO of Crispin Capital Management, LLC in New York City, NY.

The groom-elect is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, where he earned a B.B.A. in Finance. He received his J.D from Washington University School of Law, specializing in tax law. He went on to study at New York University School of Law where he earned an LL.M. in Taxation. He has been admitted to the Missouri Bar and the New York Bar.
