The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office is investigating the disappearance of a 64-year-old Bluffton man reported missing by family members early Wednesday.
Johnny Stewart has not been seen or heard from since 11 p.m. May 26, when he was last seen at his Rose Hill home at 69 White Oak Circle, according to a news release.
Stewart is believed to have left in his red 2000 Ford Ranger pickup truck bearing South Carolina license plate DWK-344.
He is a white male, about 6-foot-1, 150 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. He is not thought to be in danger, according to the release.
Anyone with information on Stewart's whereabouts is asked to call investigator Cpl. B. Cooler at 843-255-3423 or the county Dispatch Center at 843-524-2777.
