Stacey and Kevin Dugger of Bluffton announce the birth of a daughter, Madison Grace Dugger, at 4:59 p.m. Feb. 6 at Hilton Head Hospital.

The newborn weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces, and measured 20.5 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Diana Andersen and William Spano of Rock Hill and Diane Spano and Michael Bascomb of Cobleskill, N.Y.

Paternal grandparents are Jacqueline and Thomas Dugger of Reeds Spring, Mo.
