Hilton Head High 40, Berkeley 18: Sabrina Drammis outscored Berkeley by herself, scoring 19 points as the Seahawks wrapped up at least a share of the Region 7-AAA championship. It is Hilton Head High's third region title in the last four seasons.
"I'm pretty happy about that," said Seahawks coach Dave Greenberg, whose squad wraps up the regular season Friday against rival Bluffton. "The worst that happens, even if we lose Friday, we end up tied."
Jamese Franklin added seven points, Macy King had six points, and Lauryn Bush had four points and three assists. Tashawna Washington finished with two points and four steals, and Americal Jenkins had two points and a team-high 13 rebounds.
The Seahawks (19-4 overall, 9-0 region) host Bluffton at 6 p.m. Friday.
Thomas Heyward Academy 51, Beaufort Academy 36: The Rebels had a memorable senior night, defeating their rivals and giving head coach Gary Mazzanna his 300th career victory. Mazzanna, in his fourth year at Thomas Heyward, also has coached at Beaufort Academy and Battery Creek.
Jamie Malphrus scored 20 points to lead the undefeated Rebels (21-0 overall, 10-0 SCISAA Region 1-AA). Brielle Jungblut added 14 points and seven steals, and Ashlie Layman had eight points and 14 rebounds.
Thomas Heyward plays at Charleston Collegiate on Friday.
Miranda Weslake had 17 points -- 14 in the second half -- for Beaufort Academy, which trailed 33-10 at halftime.
Hilton Head Christian 44, Porter-Gaud 31: Lauren Davis and Andy Anderson led the way with 13 points apiece. Audrey Bensch added nine for the Eagles (12-11, 5-4), who host Northwood Academy on Friday.

Hilton Head High 39, Berkeley 29: Michael Julian had a strong all-around night to help the Seahawks secure a playoff spot.
Julian finished with 12 points, 13 rebounds, seven blocked shots and five steals. Jacob Coltrane also scored 12 points, hitting six of seven free throws in the fourth quarter to keep Berkeley at arm's length. Alex MacDonald added seven points in the defensive battle.
"We really made sure that we paid attention to them defensively -- that's kind of our style, regardless," Seahawks coach Ken Updike said.
Hilton Head High (10-13 overall, 4-5 Region 7-AAA) led 16-11 at halftime. The Seahawks host region-leading Bluffton on Friday in their regular-season finale.
DeVante Cunningham had 12 points to lead Berkeley.
Beaufort Academy 60, Thomas Heyward 54: The Eagles held off a furious rally by the Rebels to improve to 10-9, 7-5 in region play.
After Beaufort Academy pushed their 10-point halftime lead to 14 at 43-29 in the third quarter, Thomas Heyward fought its way back behind J.D. Tuten, who led all scorers with 29 points, including three 3s in the second half.
Trailing by just two, 56-54, with less than a minute remaining, Thomas Heyward was called for an intentional foul. Connor Akers hit both free throws to make it 58-54 and the Eagles ot the ball. After another Rebels foul, Michael Bible hit two more free throws with nine seconds left for the final margin.
Jack Griffith and Preston Suber each scored 16 for the Eagles. Suber added 13 rebounds, two assists and three blocks. Bible finished with 13 points and nine rebounds.
Beaufort Academy hosts Hilton Head Christian in the regular-season finale on Tuesday.
Porter-Gaud 73, Hilton Head Christian 42: Zach Reynolds led the Eagles with 11 points, Kyle Weaver added nine and Brad Meccariello had eight. Hilton Head Christian (12-10, 2-6) hosts Northwood Academy on Friday.
