Whale Branch 54, Bethune-Bowman 21: Shaniqua Johnson had a double-double, putting up 14 points and 10 rebounds, to lead the Warriors to victory.
S'nitra Mack added 10 points and five steals, and Sherrin Reed also had 10 points for Whale Branch (10-6 overall, 8-3 Region 5-A). Deborah Fields finished with eight points and nine rebounds, Kenyada Moultrie had eight points, and Kemoni Jenkins had four points, seven assists and 10 steals.
The Warriors host Bamberg-Ehrhardt on Wednesday.

Bethune-Bowman 55, Whale Branch 47: Devontay Turkvant scored 17 points as Bethune-Bowman defeated the Warriors for a second time this season.
Leroy Perry had 10 points, 15 rebounds and four steals to lead Whale Branch (14-7 overall, 9-4 Region 5-A). Andre Watson had 10 points and six steals, and Dee Delaney added eight points, six steals, four assists and 10 rebounds. Terrell Hazell also scored eight points.
The Warriors play their regular-season home finale Wednesday against Bamberg-Ehrhardt.
