Mr. and Mrs. David Bonville of Lady's Island announce the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Marie Bonville of Mount Pleasant to Philip Alan Berlinsky of Mount Pleasant, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Danny Berlinsky of Charleston.

The wedding is May 19, 2012 in Mount Pleasant, S.C.

Miss Bonville graduated from the College of Charleston where she earned her BS degree in Psychology. She is currently pursuing her M.Ed in Counseling Education at The Citadel, where she is employed as an Academic Advisor.

Mr. Berlinsky graduated from The Citadel where he earned a BS in Business Administration and received his Juris Doctor from Mercer University. He is currently a trial attorney in Charleston.
