Kristen Hall and David Marin III, both of Haleiwa, Hawaii were married April 16, 2011 on Hunting Island Beach.

The bride is the daughter of Deborah Muggleworth Hall of Fripp Island and Bluffton and the late Stacy Hall. Kristen is the granddaughter of Thelma Davis of Hilton Head Island and late Harold Levi Davis.

The groom is the son of David and Rosemary Marin Jr. of Flagstaff, Ariz.

The bride attended Armstrong Atlantic University, Savannah, and graduated summa cum laude from Hawaiian Pacific University of Honolulu with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is employed at Kalahuha Memorial Hospital.

The groom attended University of Arizona and completed a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with American Indian Affairs at the University of Southern California Santa Barbara. David is employed by Solar Energy of Honolulu.

The bride was given in marriage by her mother. Maid of honor was Rachel Graham of Rome, Ga. Best man was David Marin Jr. of Flagstaff, Ariz.

After a honeymoon to Costa Rica and Nicaragua, the couple will reside in Haleiwa.

The Rev. Richard Spearman of St. Helena Baptist Church officiated. Kristen wore a white satin mermaid gown with a black sash and carried a bouquet of black roses created by the owner of the Frogmore Lowcountry Store. Kristen's make-up and hair were styled by David at Lime Lite Salon. The rehearsal dinner of a Lowcountry barbecue was catered by Bob Brower of Boondock's. The reception was a Lowcountry oyster roast catered by Harold's Catering and the wedding cake by Zsuza Bakery.
