Whale Branch senior Leroy Perry has been a force in the post for the Warriors the past two seasons.
Perry averages a double-double this season, with 14.1 points per game and 10.7 rebounds. He says the Warriors have developed their chemistry over the school's first two years and that they hope to compete for a Region 5-A title.
Perry has thoughts of joining the Army after high school. The Beaufort Gazette and Island Packet this week subjected him to an early drill.
