Whale Branch 48, Ridgeland 47: Ridgeland's furious fourth-quarter rally came up inches short Tuesday night at Whale Branch, as Terrance Frazier's shot at the buzzer was ruled a 2-pointer instead of a triple, sending Whale Branch to a 48-47 win over the Jaguars in a Region 5-A matchup.
