Hilton Head Health is opening its doors to children. The weight loss and health retreat will host the inaugural Healthy Holiday Kid's Camp for children ages 7 to 10 from 9 a.m. to noon Monday through Dec. 22. The cost is $150 a child. Age limit is flexible. Space is limited.

The daily camp schedule starts with a lesson in making healthy choices and craft activity, followed by a hands-on cooking lesson in Hilton Head Health's cooking school, the Culinary Arts Center, finishing the morning with fitness games. Registration deadline is today
