DEEP WELL: Charity helps grandmother pay rent

Marie, who was caring for several of her grandchildren after their mothers could not provide for them, was laid off from her job.

She was short on her rent, and The Deep Well Project helped her with the payment.

It helped again when she soon found a new job but couldn't afford the required uniform.

Deep Well provides a broad range of social services for poor working families, the disabled, the sick and the elderly.
