Members from school choirs north of the Broad River will join Marlena Smalls and the Hallelujah Singers on stage in two free performances of "A Gullah Christmas" on Dec. 18 at the Beaufort Boys & Girls Club at 1100 Boundary St. The performances are at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Kids North of the Broad is an educational outreach production, through "Fa Da Chillun" of the Hallelujah Singers. It provides humanities programs for children 12 to 18, encouraging cultural diversity and community involvement.
