BOYS BASKETBALL

Charleston Collegiate 67, Beaufort Academy 39: The Eagles took a 7-6 lead in the first quarter, only to have the visitors go on a 29-4 run to end the half.

Aaron Willis led Charleston Collegiate with 17 points -- all in the first half.

Preston Suber scored a game-high 24 points and had nine rebounds for Beaufort Academy. Michael Bible added nine points and six rebounds.

Beaufort Academy (3-2 overall, 2-1 region) plays at Bluffton on Thursday.
