Donovan Blankenship

Amy and Patrick Blankenship of Hilton Head Island announce the birth of a son, Donovan Patrick Blankenship, at 5:18 p.m. July 10 at Memorial University Medical Center.

The newborn weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces, and measured 20.5 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Fay and Patrick Donovan of Bluffton.

Paternal grandparents are the late Elizabeth and Herman Blankenship of Brentwood, N.Y.

Sophia Fillinger

Katy and Timothy Fillinger of Parris Island announce the birth of a daughter, Sophia Jewell Fillinger, at 7:45 a.m. June 2 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital.

The newborn weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce, and measured 20.5 inches.

She has a sister, Sarah, 1.

Maternal grandparents are Joni McKaughan and Brett McKaughan of Beaufort.

Paternal grandparents are Karen Fillinger of Beaufort and the late Calvin Fillinger.

Connor Gaddy

Tasha and Daniel Gaddy of Okatie announce the birth of a son, Connor Patrick Gaddy, at noon June 27 at Hilton Head Hospital.

The newborn weighed 9 pounds, 4 ounces, and measured 21 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Joan and Carson Kelley of Cape Girardeau, Mo.

Paternal grandparents are Carole Gaddy of Barnhart, Mo., and the late Jerry Gaddy.

Karena Girardi

Kathryn and Michael Girardi of Hilton Head Island announce the birth of a daughter, Karena Marie Girardi, at 10:05 p.m. July 21 at Hilton Head Hospital.

The newborn weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces, and measured 20 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Lori and Terry Finger of Hilton Head.

Paternal grandparents are Sydney and James Girardi of Easton, Conn.

Mason McDaniel

Angie and Josh McDaniel of Beaufort announce the birth of a son, Mason Henry McDaniel, at 6:02 p.m. June 1 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital.

The newborn weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces, and measured 20.5 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Sharon and Phil Fletcher of North Myrtle Beach.

Paternal grandparents are Sandra and Jerry McDaniel of Beckley, W.Va.
