Caroline Anne Taylor, of Hilton Head Island, and Jarrett Meroslaw Karyshyn, of Bluffton, were married at 10:30 a.m. on June 11, 2011 under a historic oak tree at Honey Horn Plantation.

The bride is the daughter of Tom and Donna Taylor of Hilton Head Island, and the late Gayle H. Taylor.

The groom is the son of Kamen and Cindy Kostov of Bluffton.

The Rev. Doug Bowling of Greenville, S.C., officiated the ceremony.

The bride was given in marriage by her father, Tom Taylor.

The bride is a recent graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Early Childhood Education with a focus in American Sign Language. The groom is studying for a degree in computer science and is employed with Verizon Wireless.

Following the ceremony, the couple's families and friends enjoyed a brunch under the Honey Horn Pavilion.

Following a honeymoon at Jekyll Island, Ga., the couple will be residing in Charleston, S.C.
