Ms. Cassandra Christensen Menning of St. Helena Island and Mr. Willard Lee Menning Jr. of Burton announce the engagement of their daughter, Catherine Joanna Menning, to Rickey Lee Reinhardt Jr. of Bluffton, the son of Ms. Kimberly Reinhardt of Bluffton and Mr. Rickey Reinhardt Mountoursville, Pa.

The wedding is May 7, 2011 at the Beaufort Inn.

The bride-elect graduated from Beaufort High, attended University of South Carolina Beaufort and Flagler College, St. Augustine, Fla. She is pursuing a degree in Deaf Education.

The groom-elect graduated from Beaufort High School and attended University of South Carolina Beaufort and Aiken where he became a member of TKE fraternity. He is pursuing a career in Physical Therapy.
