With the number of cats we have, you'd think we have a passione (Italian for that fabulous word "passion") for them. Those furry four-legged beasties keep getting plopped down in the midst of our lives. Now another has appeared, and I don't think it is divine providence.
Could it be that someone somewhere has a trunk full of kitties and is roaming up and down the street depositing them in our yard?
A tuxedo cat has joined the melee and she is a very adorable, mild-mannered thing. But this makes five too many mouths to feed -- soon to be more because I think the cat in question is a mother-to-be.
If you are in need of a wonderful, warm, furry companion -- one who is not too adept at catching mice -- please let me know. We do not allow the beasties to roam outdoors because I love birds, and as you might imagine, they are quite tempting to kitties.
So if you are cold and lonely don't go on Match.com, call me. I have just the answer.
