Rec center hosts water fun event Thursday

The Island Recreation Association will host Water Fun at Shelter Cove Park from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday on Hilton Head Island. Children will enjoy a variety of inflatable water rides, carnival games, music and more. Cost is $5 a child; adults get in free. The proceeds will benefit the Rec Center's scholarship fund.
