Harris and Dunton are two of just 60 LPGA master professionals.
Dunton was ranked No. 35 on the list. She was the LPGA Teaching and Coaching Professional National Teacher of the Year in 2002 and is a two-time winnerof the PGA of America Section Teacher of the Year award. She specializes in short-game instruction.
Harris was ranked No. 42 on the list. She has three degrees in health and physical education and a doctorate in adult education. She has been teaching the sport for 30 years and specializes in teaching beginners over the age of 50. In 2006, she was named LPGA Southeast Section Teacher of the Year.

SEA PINES COURSES RECOGNIZED FOR ENVIRONMENTAL EXCELLENCE
The Heron Point and Ocean golf courses at Sea Pines Resort have retained their designation as a certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary through the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for golf courses. The Ocean Course was designated in 1999 followed by the Heron Point course in 2001. The courses are among 752 courses in the world to receive the honor.
The program provides information and guidance to help golf courses preserve and enhance wildlife habitat and protect natural resources.

JPGA STUDENT WINS FCWT EVENT
Junior Players Golf Academy student Courtney Boe won the girls 13-18 division of the Future Collegians World Tour National Championship over the holiday weekend in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
The Hilton Head Island resident started Monday's final round in sixth place but sank three birdies to finish with a bogey-free round of 3-under-par 69 and win the title.
She finished three strokes ahead of Canada's Lellanie Kim and Taiwan's Vivian Chen.
LOCAL GOLFERS TO PLAY IN JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP
Several local golfers will compete in the South Carolina Junior Golf Association's Junior Championship set for June 8-10 at Fort Jackson Golf Club in Fort Jackson.
Hilton Head Island golfers are Phillip North, Kyle Eichelsbacher, Tyler Williams and Tate Hoisington. Bluffton's Wesley Long and Tim Godshalk are also in the field, as is Beaufort's J.D. Lehman.
The field features 138 golfers ranging in ages from 15-17. The Heritage Classic Foundation is the presenting sponsor. The foundation is the general sponsor of the Heritage, the Junior Heritage and the Players Amateur and has raised close to $20 million for charity since its inception in 1987.
COAKLEY TIES FOR 8TH IN EGOLF EVENT
Bluffton's Kenny Coakley tied for eighth place in the eGolf Professional Tour's Grand Harbor Open over the weekend at the Patriot Golf Club and the Golf Club at Star Fort in Ninety Six.
Coakley shot a 68-67-68-68 -- 271 to finish six strokes behind winner Scott Weatherly of Fort Payne, Ala., and earned a check for $4,817. Hilton Head Island's Chris Epperson tied for 27th with a 276.
IJGT PARTNERS WITH CJGA
The International Junior Golf Tour, based in Beaufort County, has partnered with the Canadian Junior Golf Association to provide playing privileges to members of each organization, allowing access to more than 160 events across North America.
Full status members of the IJGT will receive a 2010 membership with the CJGA at no charge, giving juniors the opportunity to participate in all open CJGA events during the tournament season.
The IJGT and CJGA formed a partnership seven years ago to introduce the North America Cup, an event that includes 14 of each country's best junior golfers player each other in Ryder Cup format. This year's North America Cup will take place July 5-8 at May River Golf Club in Bluffton.
The two organizations also compete against each other in the annual Euro Junior Golf Cup, set for July 28-30 in St. Andrew's, Scotland.
JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP COMING TO LONG COVE
Seventy-eight of the top female junior golfers in the country will descend upon Long Cove Club when the American Junior Golf Association stages the Rolex Girls Junior Championship June 14-17.
The tournament field is highlighted by Victoria Tanco of Bradenton, Fla. Tanco, a two-time Rolex Junior Player of the Year, won the Rolex Girls Junior Championship in 2008, her first ever AJGA event. Since then, she has claimed four additional AJGA titles, including the 2010 ANNIKA Invitational.
On the heels of Tanco is Yueer Cindy Feng of Orlando, Fla. Ranked No. 2 in the Polo Golf Rankings, Feng is fresh off a victory at the Thunderbird International Junior over Memorial Day weekend. Her 2010 victory made Feng the first back-to-back winner of the tournament.With a breakout year in 2008, Feng compiled six victories on the AJGA circuit.Add two Invitational titles in 2009 and Feng was named a First Team Rolex Junior All-American last season.
Spectators are welcome throughout the week free of charge.

HOLES-IN-ONE
Neil Green aced the No. 13 hole from 175 yards out during the recent Member-Member Championship on May 15 at Wexford Plantation. Witnesses were Porter Morgan, Andre Naniche and Richard Foster. Green and Morgan went on to capture the overall championship in the annual event.
Bob Gregory recorded his fourth career hole-in-one during a Men's Day event on May 22 at Wexford Plantation. Gregory sank the 175-yard shot on the No. 13 hole. Witnesses were Bob Grassi, Dick Reynolds and Bob Cherichella.
Laurie Queen notched her first hole-in-one during the annual Memorial Day Tournament on Monday at Wexford Plantation. Queen aced the 120-yard, No. 3 hole. Witnesses were Jim Queen, Heather Cherichella and Bob Cherichella.
Gary Ellison hit a hole-in-one May 26 on the 162-yard, No. 12 hole at Okatie Creek Golf Club. He used a 7-iron. Witnesses were Dave Hoffman, Dennis Lee and Don Caldeira.
