Chalk to meet with constituents

State Rep. Richard E. Chalk, R-Hilton Head, will host a legislative update session and "Chat with Chalk" from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Hilton Head Island Library, 11 Beach City Road. The meeting includes a question-and-answer session.
