The kisses and love I receive from my thankful little friend are priceless. I just can't imagine such a sweet, healthy and innocent animal being put to sleep. Her only crime was that there was no more room for her at the shelter. Her time was up.
All animals deserve a chance to find that forever home.
I hope as a community we can come together and make the Beaufort County animal shelter a no-kill shelter.
