St. Andrew welcomes new counselor to center

Angie M. Elliott has been named the new counselor for the St. Andrew By-the-Sea Counseling Center on Hilton Head Island, which is available to the public with fees based on ability to pay.

A fully licensed counselor in the state of Texas, Elliott is completing the final course for the fulfillment for licensure in the State of South Carolina, she also is bilingual.
