Watermedia Society honors local artists

Two Hilton Head Island residents were among top 30 selections in the S.C. Watermedia Society's 32nd annual exhibition. Vickie Ebbers was honored for "Nicky, Reflecting," and Marilyn Dizikes was honored for "Window to the Soul." The show, which features 60 visual art pieces from artists across the state, will be on display through Nov. 29 at the Florence Museum of Art, Science and History. After the show ends, the 30 award-winning artworks will travel the state as part of the State Museum's Traveling Show program.
