Oldfield Sports Club to host pet adoptions

The Oldfield Sports Club will host a Pet Adoption Fair from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday on the club's front lawn. The event is open to the public.

Attendees include Maranatha Farms of Ridgeland, an animal rescue mission dedicated to responding to the compassionate care for injured, abused and abandoned animals; the Deaf Blind Rescue; Jasper County Animal Control; Brooke's Bed and Biscuit; and Camp Green Dog. Local vendors will include Four Paws, Alpha Dog and Red Beau.
