A Yemassee man was charged with murder Sunday after a shooting Friday night that left one of two brothers dead and the other critically injured.

Brandon L. Green, 29, was charged in the death of Donnmick Tirus Badger, 23, and could face additional charges, according to a press release Sunday from the Hampton County Sheriff's Office.

The release said Green and the two brothers, all of whom live on Tulifinny Road, were in an argument at the time of the shooting, around 9 p.m.

Officers found Anthony Antonio Badger, 24, shot in the stomach, trying to find help at a home on Tulifinny Road. Authorities found his brother, Donnmick Tirus Badger, dead in the yard next door.

Anthony Badger was flown to Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah, where he remained in critical condition Sunday, according to the release.

The investigation continues and an autopsy is planned, the release said.
