Kurt Nelson, of Hilton Head Island, announces the engagement of his daughter, Emily Christina Nelson, of Hilton Head Island, to U.S. Marine Corps 2nd Lt. William Creighton Stuckart of Hilton Head Island, a son of Joan and Marc Stuckart, of Hilton Head Island. Emily is the daughter of the late Cindy Nelson.
The bride-elect is originally from Geneva, Ill. Currently she works for Stifel Nicolaus as a Client Service Associate for the Gafgen-Moore Financial Advisory Group, here on Hilton Head Island.
The groom-elect received his Bachelor’s Degree from The Citadel, awaiting to begin the Marine Corps’ Basic School later this month.
The wedding is planned in the fall of 2010.
