The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office is investigating the discovery of a body in Bluffton.

A deputy patrolling the area of Brighton Beach Mobile Home Park off of Alljoy Road discovered the remains of man in a wooded area behind the neighborhood at about 9 p.m. Wednesday, according to a release from the Sheriff's Office.

The cause of death has not been determined.

The Sheriff's Office is asking anyone with information to contact the Beaufort County Dispatch Center at 843-524-2777.
