Savannah Derby Devils to hold boot camp

SAVANNAH -- Savannah Derby Devils' 2009 Roller Girl Boot Camp will be Sunday through Friday evenings June 7-12 (excluding Wednesday) at Garden City Gym, 160 Wheat Hill Road off U.S. 21. The camp offers women ages 18 and older a chance to freshen up their roller-skating skills, get a challenging workout, learn the basics of roller derby and other skills needed to join the Savannah Derby Devils. Men interested in refereeing also are encouraged to register.

The cost is $25. On-site registration available through Tuesday or register at www.savannahderby.com.
