State commends Life Care Center

Life Care Center of Hilton Head, a nursing and rehabilitation facility, recently completed its state survey with no clinical deficiencies. Four surveyors from the Department of Health and Environmental Control inspected and observed the facility, which was commended for an improvement from past surveys. The center also was commended for having flawless record keeping and organization of medicines.

Life Care Center of Hilton Head is located at 120 Lamotte Drive, and is one of three skilled nursing facilities in South Carolina operated by Life Care Centers of America.
